The Magic Flute
This course it is our intention to bring you an opera every month through our newsletter in Podcast and other articles.
A few weeks ago, we brought you Papageno’s Song, which is part of the first operas as stories that Georgina told Manuel when he was barely three years old, and which are collected in Cancionero de Mirlo, a title that we have already talked about in our Podcast.
However, Papageno and his “song” are just a small part of Mozart's most famous opera, The Magic Flute, a work represented for family audiences year after year, although its plot is not altogether simple, since it contains hidden messages that may surprise us today... Georgina and Manuel chat about all this and more in our last Podcast episode (in Spanish).
Georgina, with the help of Mirlo, wrote her version for very young children (3+ years old): The Magic Flute in three songs. Nowadays, we work to be able to offer new editions to parents and educators.
So, why tell operas to young children? Georgina tried to respond to this question in this video.

The FOUR SEASONS NFTs collection, with music by Manuel, started strongly on September 21, and 10 of the 12 available pieces dedicated to The Fall have already been sold. Only 2 pieces are left, so get one here.
We know that skepticism is growing regarding this new way of creating and trading art. At Mirlo Studio, we value innovation at the service of human beings, artists and those who enjoy their work. That is why the digital works on which Manuel collaborates a with the real are always well entangled with the real world.
The creators - Grace Hye and Manuel Gimferrer - deserve many congratulations for their pioneering work in different fields, opening the way to new experiences for artists and collectors. About this, I myself wrote an article that I leave here in case anyone is interested —>
Have a great day, and thank you for your support!
