#1 Al encuentro de Mirlo (How I met Mirlo)

Así empezó todo... / This is how it all started...

Mirlo’s little stories, “How I met Mirlo”, begin with a mother who had to tell a tale to her son, still a toddler, because he would not want to go to bed… This is the first of 12 simple tales explaining how we met Mirlo: “The baby who did not want to go to bed”.

The story goes like this:

”Once upon a time, there was a boy who did not want to go to bed, because he did not want to say goodbye to the blue sky, the singing birds and the green and flowery garden. And when mom kissed him good night and lowered the blind, everything got dark.

But one day he looked into his dreams, and there he found an even bluer sky, some birds singing even happier, and a garden even greener and more flowery.

Then in the morning, when mom held him and took to the window and raised the blind, an early riser ray of sunshine kissed him in the eyes… and there they were his blue sky, his singing birds, and his green and flowery garden.”

This story does not end here. I you want to know about “The boy who had a blue sky, some singing birds, and a green flowery garden”, keep it here.
